Ele-Zole Cream

Description

✅ Main Uses of Ele-Zole Clotrimazole 1% Cream:

1. Tinea Infections (Dermatophytosis):

• Tinea corporis – Ringworm of the body

• Tinea cruris – Jock itch (inner thigh/groin)

• Tinea pedis – Athlete’s foot (between toes, soles)

• Tinea manuum – Fungal infection of the hands

• Tinea versicolor – Light or dark patches on the trunk/shoulders (caused by Malassezia)

2. Cutaneous Candidiasis:

• Fungal infections caused by Candida albicans, especially in skin folds (under breasts, armpits, groin)

3. Diaper Rash (Fungal origin):

• Especially useful when a yeast infection is suspected

4. Fungal Ear and Vaginal Infections (in some formulations)

• Clotrimazole is also used in ear drops and vaginal creams/tablets, but not the same as the external-use cream
